he Lycée Français de Bali has a library, an essential tool for teaching as well as a living space for students and their teachers. It is also open to families after school hours.
The library includes more than 10,000 books of all kinds in the 4 languages taught. Albums, magazines, novels, documentaries, comics, poetry, art books... as well as CDs and DVDs. Students can borrow one book a week and take care of it. The book must be returned on time before selecting another one. Any lost or damaged books will be charged to families.
The CDI also has an orientation kiosk, which offers a wide range of publications allowing students to orientate themselves after the baccalaureate. An audiovisual space with computers allows students to deepen and vary their activities.
But the library is also a place of life, where readings and animations take place all year round, by themes around certain albums. These readings are proposed by a librarian, accompanied by the teacher in charge of your child.
It is also a place of work, research and free reading for high school and high school students
