LFB Teams

T he LFB has recruited highly qualified teachers from a large number of candidates, most often from the national education system. These teachers are, for the first degree, teachers of schools, teachers of English, Indonesian, FLE (French as a foreign language) and, for the second degree, teachers in each subject.

The team of the Lycée Français de Bali is also made up of a librarian, a school life team of 6 people, a nurse and a speech therapist.

The LFB has a school principal, his or her assistant who also carries out the tasks of PRIO (resource staff and information and guidance) and computer pedagogical referent, and a CPE (principal education adviser). Together, they ensure the management of the establishment according to the instructions of the ministerial oversight bodies.

Finally, an operations manager is present. He leads the administrative teams (accounting, maintenance, IT, courier) and ensures the daily management of the establishment.

Some thirty staff of service, security and gardening personnel are also at the service of the LFB.

T he teaching team meets regularly in teacher and secondary school councils on questions of school organization, classrooms and teaching, monitoring of pedagogical projects, and student follow-up. Several joint annual working meetings are organised to evaluate and plan the actions of the school project.

The teachers also benefit from in-service training organized in the Asia Pacific zone. They are regularly evaluated as part of pedagogical audits carried out by AEFE.
